The Goodman Group is a commercial and industrial property management group based in Australia. The group is responsible for over A$18 billion in assets and nearly 400 commercial locations. The Goodman Group maintains a presence in 16 countries with 32 offices and employs over 800 people to help service their more than 1,000 clientele. For the 2009 financial year, they reported over $408 million in operating profit as well as a 17.4 cents earning and 9.7 cents distribution per security. They are also well suited for future earnings potential with a 96% occupancy rate in managed properties.
