The Foster’s Group, world renowned for the most popular beer out of Australia, Foster’s Lager, is also responsible for producing some of Australia’s top beer and wine brands as well. Established in the mid-19th century, they provide prodcts for nearly 40,000 customers including importers, hospitality providers and wholesalers. They provide jobs for over 6,000 employees in their primary business unit alone. They also have major divisions based in the US, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. In 2009, they reported a solid net profit of $438.3 milion, up 292.3% from the previosu period.
