Fortescue Metals Group Ltd is a leader iron ore mining. Established on the Australian Securities Exchange market in 1987, Fortescue enjoyed rapid and stable growth over the years. They have shipped 30 million tonnes of iron ore through their newly completed open-access port and rail infrastructure. They have also recently completed construction of a major mine. With a market capital of $11.62 billion and almost 1.7 billion tones in reserve, Fortescue is poised for future growth and have placed themselves firmly in a position to take advantage of the upcoming iron ore boom.
