Computershare is an investment services group based in Australia founded in 1978. They currently hold over 30,000 clients, have offices in over 20 countries and provide over 10,000 jobs. For the 2009 financial year, they reported a sales revenue of nearly US $1,500 million and just under 50 cents earnings per share. With a sizable available free cash flow of over $300 million, they have positioned themselves in a position for solid financial growth despite the current state of the global economy.
